Admission Requirements

The Early Education Center application packet and the Elementary Education application packet consist of the following forms:

  • Application for Admission
  • Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form
  • Emergency Contact Form
  • Pastoral Reference Form
  • Registration Fee $75.00
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Signed Contract – Mr. Bill Walker/Accountant (757) 583-9730

If you are transferring a student(s) into the 1st through 5th grades, the following additional documentation is required with the application:

  • Official academic transcript from the previous school
  • Affirmation of standing from previous school

In completing and reviewing the application for submission, please make certain you have accomplished the following:

  • All required forms have been completed
  • All required ancillary documentation have been attached; i.e. original Birth Certificate
  • A non-refundable registration fee in the amount of $75.00

Decisions for admission are determined after the complete application has been received and reviewed by the admissions team. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
