Chapel

On a weekly basis, all elementary students attend ‘chapel’ service, with separate services for K2 through K4 students and K through 5th grade students. These age-appropriate assemblies allow the students to experience an abbreviated church service including the Word, music, prayer, and a short devotional.

Live Action Bible!

On a monthly basis, students perform in a dramatic presentation called “Live Action Bible!” Individual classes take turns, and each presentation allows the students to express themselves through drama and music. These presentations are reenactments of biblical stories and incorporate memorization, singing, drama, preparation (costumes, props, etc.), and teamwork.

Christmas Program

In December, CCES presentation reflects the Christmas story and is presented by K3 through 5th grade students for parents, other family members, and friends. This production includes all of the elements of the arts with additional seasonal music and other elements to celebrate the Christmas season.

In addition, Students participate in weekly chapels through, public reading of the Scriptures, prayer, praise and worship, and dramatic presentations.
